I just want to thank spider126 for being such an ass because his annoying comments motivated me to install Disqus, a kick ass commenting system. Disqus features include threaded comments, comment ratings, video comments, and reply to comments through email or mobile. Let us know what you think.

APT is back in ‘09 with new features!

You may have noticed our little site outage last month. The short version is our server crashed along with all of our themes and we had to move to a new server and rebuild the site. We are still unsure how it happened but our server tech suspected foul play. But we wont go into that here. The bad news is that we lost a lot of our most recent themes. The good news is that we managed to save most of the themes, ratings and comments and move them all to our new server. It also gave us the chance to add a lot of the features that we have planning for the site but were too lazy to implement. We now have a featured themes section where we can show off some of our staff favorites. We also added a way to sort by most popular and highest rated theme as well as this news section to keep you posted on site events and happenings.

It was a long road back and a few times we thought of just quitting and getting back to playing games. I still havent finished GTA! But it was the overwhelming support and fan mail we received that pushed us through. In the end it’s because of all you guys that check out our site and especially the amazing artists who submit themes to us that make it all worth while.
