You say this is your theme, interesting… only 7 background images are YOURS. The icons, 9 background images, author, preview and theme icons are all from my;
“Keeley Hazell_versionDD 02″ theme.
If you are going to modify my theme, at least change all of the backgrounds and create your own author, preview and theme icon.

Alfie-UHE - Get your facts straight, Deemys themes have HD & SD backgrounds. & have you made anything decent? Other than an overstretched Lucy Pinder theme.
