  How do I install these on my ps3....I put them on my memory stick and put it in my ps3 and it says no themes found!?!?!

  you have to make to folders one says PS3 (all caps)
  and one says THEME also all caps

  RIght....I put them in two folders (PS3 and THEMES) and it still says "no themes"

  create a folder on your stick called PS3 and inside that folder create a THEMES folder. Download it into there.
